30-Day Return Guarantee

We want you to love every purchase from Annual Supply. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item received
  • Item not as described
  • Product malfunction or quality issue

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

To keep our prices low, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Orders past 30 days of delivery

 

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@annualsupply.co with your order number and a brief explanation.
  2. We will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • In some cases, a small restocking fee may apply depending on the product.



Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:


  • Email us at support@annualsupply.co
  • Include photos (if applicable)
  • We will replace or refund your item at no additional cost.

 

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
